I realized my journey began over twenty years ago, back when I wandered the worlds of MMORPGs (Massively multiplayer online role-playing games), I was almost always a healer, priest, or mage, and my chosen trade skill was jewelry. When I didn't want to fight in Norrath, I would gather metals and stones, "shinies", and just created. Even then, I found my Zen while shaping beauty from raw elements. 
 

Over the next two decades, I tried so many creative outlets, hoping to find that same calmness and spark of excitement, but nothing held my attention or brought me back to that feeling of Zen.

In the spring of 2024, I began creating jewelry as a way to step out of my head and into my hands. What started as a hobby shifted when I discovered wire wrapping. It felt natural to me. It was structured, yet changeable; emotional yet grounding.

​

Wire can be shaped, adjusted, and reworked without losing integrity. The possibilities are endless and never cease to amaze me. Each design brings its own presence, and no two pieces are exactly alike. 

​

I've learned to trust the process. When I push against it, the piece resists me; when I follow it, the work flows and the connection between stone, metal, and wearer feels just right. Every piece I create carries its own story and individuality.

​

I’ve begun my journey into lapidary, soldering, and copper electroforming to expand future offerings. While I prepare to add these skills to my work in the near future, I currently work with ethically sourced stones from trusted suppliers whose practices resonate with my craft.​

​

I create alongside a full-time career, working evenings and weekends. I am always learning, refining, and growing in this work. I’m grateful to those whose encouraged me to share. My heart gives thanks to so many at Tranquili-Chi for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself and to A Path for Change for the push forward.
