
Shipping & Pickup Policy for The Twisted ZenStone™
​Fulfillment Options
Orders may be fulfilled by one of the following methods, selected at checkout:

Processing Time
Ready-made items-

These pieces are already completed and ready to send.

They are fulfilled within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Made‑to‑order items-
Each piece is handcrafted after purchase.

Creation Time: 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity and studio workload.

Fulfillment Time: Within 3–5 business days after creation. Shipping, local pickup, or local delivery will be arranged after the piece is completed. Any applicable shipping or delivery fees will be communicated and invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.
Commissioned work follows a tiered creation timeline:

Tier I (Simple): 7–14 business days from design approval and deposit

Tier II (Moderate): 14–30 business days from design approval and deposit

Tier III (Intricate): 30+ business days from design approval and deposit

Fulfillment Time: Within 3–5 business days after creation is complete, regardless of tier. Shipping, local pickup, lor local delivery will be arranged after the piece is completed Any applicable shipping or delivery fees will be communicated and invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.
Processing time does not include transit time. If a piece requires additional time, that will be communicated before work begins.
Shipping
Orders are shipped after processing.
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless upgraded. Additional insurance or signature confirmation must be requested and paid for prior to shipment.

Shipping applies only when the shipping method is selected at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
In-Person Event Pickup
Ready-made items may be picked up at designated event dates and locations.
Made-to-order items are not guaranteed to be ready for event pickup and will follow standard creation timelines.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment once your order is ready.
You will be contacted to schedule a pickup time. Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a 5-mile radius.
Delivery is arranged after your order is ready and scheduled by appointment. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, The Twisted ZenStone™ ships within the United States only.
Orders must ship to a valid physical street address.
P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not accepted.
Client‑Provided Stones
If you wish to send a stone for a commission:

Clear photos and a short video must be submitted for review.

The Twisted ZenStone™ will confirm in writing whether it can safely be worked with it before shipment.

Stones shipped without prior approval may be refused and returned at the client’s expense.
While The Twisted ZenStone™ handles all stones with care, The Twisted ZenStone™ is not responsible for:

damage that reveals pre‑existing fractures, weaknesses, or instability in the stone
-
breakage due to internal flaws that were not visible or disclosed
If a stone cannot be safely set once in hand, alternatives or return options will be discussed.
Shipping & Pickup Confirmations
You will receive:

A shipment notification with tracking information if your order is shipped

An email confirmation with details for pickup or local delivery, if selected
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned in by USPS, it is outside the control of The Twisted ZenStone™. The Twisted ZenStone™ is not responsible for:

carrier delays
-
packages marked as delivered
-
stolen packages
-
misdelivery by USPS
Insurance or signature confirmation is strongly recommended for high‑value or one‑of‑a‑kind orders.
Claims & Carrier Responsibility
All claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with USPS. Damage claims related to item condition upon delivery must follow the documentation requirements outlined in the Terms & Returns Policy.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
