1. Scope of This Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and use of this website owned and operated by The Twisted ZenStone™, including but not limited to:

One-of-a-kind ready-to-ship pieces
Made-to-order pieces
Custom or commissioned work
Pendants
Rings
Bracelets
Earrings
Future storefront offerings unless otherwise stated in writing

2. Eligibility to Use This Site

This website is intended for users age 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that:

You are legally able to enter a binding agreement
Any information you provide is accurate and current
You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
You will use this website only for lawful purposes

The Twisted ZenStone™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

3. Final Sale Policy

Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final except where specifically stated in these Terms & Conditions or where required by applicable law.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit are not offered for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Buyer remorse
Appearance expectations already shown in listing photos
Natural material variation
Incorrect size selected by the customer

4. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival -
Claims Process

Claims for items alleged to have arrived damaged or defective must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for review, the customer must provide:

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning prior to opening the package and clearly showing:

the sealed condition of the package
the full opening process
the immediate condition of the item(s) upon removal

• Clear, well-lit photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

• Claims submitted without the required documentation will not qualify for review.

• This documentation requirement helps verify transit-related damage, packaging condition, and item condition at the time of delivery.

If a claim is verified, The Twisted ZenStone™ may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

• Repair

• Replacement (if available)

• Store credit

5. Repairs

Repairs outside of verified damage claims are not guaranteed and may be offered at the discretion of The Twisted ZenStone™.

Repair requests may be subject to fees based on the nature of the damage and materials required.

Not all pieces are eligible for repair.

6. Workmanship Warranty

A 30-day workmanship warranty is provided from the date of delivery.

This covers structural issues related to craftsmanship under normal wear.
This warranty applies only to workmanship under normal wear conditions.
This warranty does not apply to damage present at delivery; such claims must follow the Damage Claims process.
Improper care or wear may result in damage not covered under any workmanship warranty.

Determination of coverage is at the sole discretion of The Twisted ZenStone™.

7. Exchanges (Limited & Conditional)

Exchanges are not standard and are considered only at the sole discretion of The Twisted ZenStone™

To be considered, all of the following must be met:

Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original or equivalent packaging
Required documentation from the Claims Process section is provided.
Item is approved for exchange review prior to being sent back

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approval of an exchange request is not guaranteed.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods may include:

PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Other payment options displayed and available at checkout

Orders are subject to payment authorization and fraud review and may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed. The Twisted ZenStone™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified.
Third-party payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.
You agree to pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes, at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled using the method selected at checkout, which may include shipping, in-person event pickup, local pickup, or local delivery.

Shipping (when selected):

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. A flat rate of $6.95 applies to all domestic orders unless otherwise stated and includes limited coverage of up to $100. Additional insurance or signature confirmation may be requested prior to shipment.
The Twisted ZenStone™ ships to valid physical street addresses within the United States. P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not accepted. Certain address types may require additional documentation or handling not supported by the selected shipping method.
Once an order is in USPS possession, The Twisted ZenStone™ is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
All claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with USPS in accordance with their policies. Damage claims related to item condition upon delivery must follow the documentation requirements outlined in the Terms & Returns Policy.

10. Made-to-Order & Design Variability

Made-to-order items are created after purchase using the selected style, size, and materials listed at checkout.

Product photographs shown for made-to-order listings are reference images intended to represent the overall design style. Because each piece is handcrafted, the item you receive will closely resemble the listing design but will not be an exact duplicate.
*Rings: Sizing and dimensions will match the ordered specifications, while handcrafted visual details may vary.

Variations may occur in:

Stone pattern
Wire flow
Bead placement
Symmetry
Other handmade details

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

11. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size prior to purchase.
Please review the Sizing Information page carefully before ordering.
Items purchased in the wrong size are not considered defective.

12. Production Timeframes

Estimated creation timelines vary by design complexity and current workload.

Typical production windows:

Tier I and standard made-to-order pieces: 7–14 business days
Tier II and moderate made-to-order-pieces: 14–30 business days
Tier III, advanced, and intricate made-to-order pieces: 30+ business days

These are estimates and may vary based on workload, materials or order volume.

13. Final Confirmation Requirement

Prior to shipment, you will receive final confirmation photographs and/or video of your completed item.
For rings and sized items, confirmation may include sizing verification shown on a mandrel or other measuring tool.
By approving this confirmation, you acknowledge that the item shown is the item being shipped and that the design, materials, and stated size meet your expectations.
Approval constitutes final acceptance prior to shipment.

Order Accuracy

Each order is packed and documented prior to shipment. Any claim regarding item condition must follow the documentation requirements outlined in the Claims Process section.

14. Clarification on Variations vs. Defects

Each piece is individually handcrafted using natural and artisan materials. Variations are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.

Examples include:

• Natural gemstone inclusions, matrix, patterning, or tonal variation
• Wire flow, weave pattern, or hand-shaped structure differences
• Minor asymmetry consistent with handcrafted work
• Bead placement or arrangement differences
• Slight dimensional differences in made-to-order pieces
• Natural patina or aging of metal over time

Each item remains unique. These characteristics do not qualify for refund, exchange, or claim approval.

Only structural damage, material failure, or clear workmanship defects are eligible for review under the Claims Process section.

15. Care & Wear Responsibility

All jewelry should be handled with reasonable care.
Damage caused after delivery by misuse, impact, moisture exposure, chemical exposure, bending, improper storage, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

16. Energetic & Symbolic Nature

Pieces created by The Twisted ZenStone™ are crafted with personal intention and may carry symbolic or energetic meaning. Any information provided is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment.

17. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

All website content, product names, photographs, descriptions, branding, logos, designs, artwork, and original jewelry concepts are the property of The Twisted ZenStone™ unless otherwise stated.
No portion of the website or its content may be reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, resold, exploited, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Commission concepts, sketches, custom design language, and creative processes remain protected intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

18. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract website data or images

If third-party maker products & services are ever offered through this platform, responsibility for their construction and item-specific claims remains with the individual maker unless otherwise stated.
Payment processors, carriers, and external platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

21. Geographic Use

This website is operated from Maryland, United States, and is intended for users located in the United States.
Those accessing the website from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for local law compliance.
