What materials do you use?

Antique copper wire, natural stones, and select glass or seed beads. Full details are in the Jewelry Care Guide.

Do older pieces use different wire?

Yes. Some earlier pieces were created using different enameled copper wire. Current pieces primarily use antique copper Parawire unless otherwise noted.

What types of stones do you use?

The Twisted ZenStone™ works with natural stones from trusted suppliers. As my lapidary work expands, future pieces will include hand-cut cabochons.

Are other materials used?

Yes. Glass and seed beads may be used as accents depending on the design.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Copper is generally well‑tolerated, but not hypoallergenic. Parawire is nickel‑free and often a good alternative for sensitive skin. Individual skin reactions vary. See the Jewelry Care Guide for more details.

How do I know my size?

Visit the Sizing Information page before ordering.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Timing depends on the type of piece:

• Ready-made: fulfilled within 3–5 business days

• Made-to-order: 7–14 business days to create, then fulfilled within 3–5 business days

• Commissions:
Tier I: 7–14 business days
Tier II: 14–30 business days
Tier III: 30+ business days
Fulfilled after completion and final payment

Do you take commissions?

Yes. Commissions are available through the Inquiry Form. See the Commissions page for details.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid moisture, chemicals, and impact. Store in a dry place and wipe gently after wear. See the Jewelry Care Guide for full instructions.

What are your fulfillment options?

U.S. shipping, local pickup, and local delivery are available. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Contact The Twisted ZenStone™ within 48 hours of delivery. See Terms & Returns for full requirements.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All pieces arrive in intentional, ready-to-gift packaging. Gift wrapping options may be available at checkout when offered.

Can I request a specific stone?

Yes. Requested stones may be obtained through trusted suppliers when available; availability is not guaranteed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. See Terms & Returns for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

You must notify The Twisted ZenStone™ within 48 hours and provide a full unboxing video and photos. See Terms & Returns for requirements.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are final once approved. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you offer repairs?

Repairs outside of verified claims may be offered at the discretion of The Twisted ZenStone™ and may require a fee. See Terms & Returns.
